For companies

Surplus cash, put to work within the company's own limits.

Cash held in company accounts earns far less than its potential and loses value to inflation year after year. We invest it to a written mandate the board approves, with the company's objectives, liquidity needs and risk limits set out before anything is bought, and we plan the group structure around it.

01

Surplus company cash

Cash above working-capital needs, or between funding rounds, invested to a written mandate with the company's own risk limits.

Look-through view of debt against value for each holding
02

Family holding and parent companies

One holding company owning the trading businesses and the investments, with surplus capital invested at the top through a low-cost broker.

03

Groups across borders

A single UK parent company that funds, and receives from, subsidiaries in each country, so capital is not trapped offshore.

04

Directors' and staff pensions

Company-funded directors' pensions, and setting up and running a workplace pension.

05

Valuation and fundraising

Company valuations, financial models, investor decks and readiness packs, and support through a funding round.

06

Reporting the board can use

Time-weighted returns reconciled to custodian statements, with risk monitored daily across every account.

For charities, trusts and pension schemes

Money held for others, invested to a written mandate.

Trustees of charities, family trusts, SSAS and company pension schemes are responsible for money held for others. We work to a written mandate that records the objectives, risk limits, permitted investments and reporting the trustees have agreed, and our service is advisory, so every trade comes to the trustees for approval.

01

A written mandate

Objectives, risk limits, permitted investments and reporting agreed in writing before anything is invested.

02

Trustees approve every trade

Each recommendation comes to the trustees for approval, within the limits the mandate sets.

03

SSAS and company pension schemes

Investment advice to scheme trustees, in directly held shares and low-cost ETFs.

04

Charities and family trusts

A portfolio built around the charity's or the trust's own objectives and spending needs.

05

Risk measured daily

Volatility, Value at Risk, drawdown and concentration monitored every day, with each holding's share of the risk measured against its weight.

For family offices and advisers

An institutional view of risk, for the portfolios you run.

Family offices and corporate treasuries can have us run the portfolio on an advisory basis, or provide investment risk oversight of what they already hold, with institutional investment discipline behind both. Other advisers can advise their own clients and invest through our platform.

01

Advisory portfolio management

Directly held shares and low-cost ETFs, run to the mandate, with every trade approved by you.

02

Investment risk oversight

An independent view of the risk in the portfolios you already hold: Value at Risk, drawdown, concentration and leverage headroom.

03

Portfolios in three currencies

Holdings in GBP, EUR and USD, so returns match where the family spends and invests.

04

Our platform for advisers

Advise your own clients and invest for them through our platform.
